Kelkvormig glas met de tekst 'Nationaal Syndikaat / 8 uren huis / Gent', ca. 1955. Het Achturenhuis was een café voor socialisten, genoemd naar de kortere werkdag waar ze voor streden. Het café bevind zich, nog altijd onder deze naam, aan het Ledebergplein.
