Tekst: Different families, same love, all entitled to equal recognition, rights and respect. The European Court of Human Rights ruled that transgender people in Europe are allowed to change their birth certificates according to their new gender identity and can marry. Denying transgender people the possibility to amend their birth certificates and not allowing them to marry is thus discriminatory and in breach of the European Convention on Human Rights.
