    “…In the case of group projects, one of the group should be indicated as a group leader and all the other members of the group must also present the above mentioned certificate. 5 A special commission, composed of members appointed by: CICSENE; School of Specialisation in “Technology, architecture and town in developing countries”; House – City Department of the Politechnic (sic) of Turin, together with the Habitat Center (sic) of the United Nations, will evaluate and classify the submitted project. 6 The project design must consist of a single table of dimensions 90 x 90 cm. which can be elaborated as preferred (preliminary project, sketch, report transcribed directly on the design table etc.). 7 The work presented must be written in English, Italian, French or Spanish. 8 The prizes will have a strictly didactic value and will consist in an offer to participate in two workshops to be held at international universities for an overall value of $ 2000 each inclusive of travel expenses (or a corresponding sum in case the workshops are no feasible) and 20 reimbursements for expenses of $ 2000 each. 9 The project must be submitted by July 15, 1990 to the following address: CICSENE – Concorso « Essere senza tetto nel mondo » Via Borgosesia 30 – 10145 Torino – Italia Tel.
